本项目为一个城市居住综合体项目，底层为裙房商业，标准层为住宅，我们经过仔细分析研究，总结出能够最有效的发挥出其内在的空间优势，能够最大的吸引消费人群，创造价值，能够最大的利用自然资源，地理优势的体量模型，然后方案通过寻找贝壳的特点，概括并抽象，最终演变成建筑语言。
This project is an urban residential complex project.The one is commercial space in 1-5 floor. The other is residential space in the standard floor. After careful analysis, we summed up the most effectively massing model to play its inherent advantages of space, to attract the largest consumer groups, to create value, to use the natural resources, geographical advantages. Then, we look for the characteristics of the shell, generalizing and abstract treatment. Eventually, It evolved into the architectural language.
