此项目是北京汇佳国际学校校区的行政办公楼改造。设计团队通过办公楼建筑体量加建、外围墙体重新设计和室内设计三个主题来完成这一项目的改造，为学校行政办公打造出一个舒适高品质的办公空间。
This project is the transformation of the administrative office building of the Beijing Huijia International School Campus. The design team completed the transformation of the project through the three themes of office building construction, peripheral wall redesign and interior design, creating a comfortable and high-quality office space for the school administration.
改造前行政办公楼存在着使用面积不够及内部空间无法满足良好办公条件需要的问题，设计主创团队通过空间扩展和功能使用需求重新排布，从办公楼楼体体量加建、外围墙体设计和室内空间设计三个命题来改造优化现有空间，通过不同层次的玻璃及相应建筑材料的使用，促进光与空间的交流，为学校行政办公打造为一个舒适品质办公空间。
the administrative office building had problems of insufficient space and the internal space couldn‘t meet the requirements of good office conditions. The design team modified the existing situation through space expansion according to functional use requirements and added volume volume of the office building as well as the surrounding wall design. And the interior space design three propositions to transform and optimize the existing space, through the use of different levels of glass and the corresponding building materials to promote the exchange of light and space, to create a comfortable quality office space for the school administrative office.
办公楼体量加建部分首先是延续了校园整体简洁方正、求真典雅的造型风格，加建体量采用一定的有序错动，对场地内树木给予保护、与外围墙体形成有趣庭院空间的同时，形成几个屋顶花园和户外露台，用以提供户外活动空间，以及作为几个主要建筑空间的室外交通连接。
First of all, the addition of the office building volume continues the overall simple, clear and elegant style of the campus. The added volume uses a certain orderly shift to protect the trees in the site and form an interesting courtyard space within the surrounding walls. At the same time, several roof gardens and outdoor terraces are formed to provide outdoor space and an outdoor connection to several major building spaces.
原有围墙由空心混凝土砌块砌筑而成，没有与行政办公楼加建的首层部分的依序错动形成一个很好的对话关系，对建筑整体的体量特色大大削弱，围墙内部因建筑体量错动形成了三个独立又联通的庭院，“实体”围墙完全阻挡了庭院和建筑体量首层与外界的“对话”，因此需要新建外围墙体在达到基本维护作用的基础上，最大程度得削弱对行政楼体量的遮挡。
The original wall was built of hollow concrete blocks, and did not form a good interaction with the sequential movement of the first floor of the administrative office building. The physical features of the building as a whole were greatly weakened and three separate and connected courtyards were formed inside the wall as a result of the movement of the building volumes. The “solid” wall completely blocks the “interaction” between the courtyard and the first floor of the building. and therefore requires the new outer wall to be built on the basis of its basic maintenance function and to minimize the sheltering of the administrative building volume.
设计团队保留了原围墙的材料和砌筑方式，但是采用错位拉开间距的砌筑方式，形成具有一定通透性的“软”围墙，并对应围墙内的庭院嵌入铁板框景，这样墙内和墙外有良好的视线和景观沟通，并能进一步放大行政楼主体建筑的特色。框景的实现采用了两种，一种是空窗框景，另一种则采用玻璃砖的方式，这样光的语言通过玻璃砖就有了很好的转换，透过玻璃砖的斑驳光影映在庭院内墙上，更增添了庭院的空间魅力。
The design team retained the material and structure of the original wall, but the construction method of dislocation and spacing was used to form a “soft” wall with some transparency, and the courtyard within the wall is embedded in the steel frame so that inside and outside the wall have good sight and landscape communication, and can further enlarge the main building features of the administrative building. The implementation of the frame is based on two kinds, one is the empty window frame view, and the other is the glass-brick, so that the language of light through the glass brick has a very good transition,through the glass -brick mottled light reflected on the courtyard,adding to the charm of the courtyard.
加建部分建筑外立面延续原有建筑的整体着色风格，采用同色系陶土板干挂，西侧外立面则采用玻璃幕墙，扩大采光面的同时能保证与西侧球场的视线关系，在一天中光透过玻璃幕墙产生丰富的光影变化，这样建筑外部整体形成了富有韵律感的色块和线条，内部则光线透过玻璃幕墙与室内空间形成良好对话。加建部分建筑外立面延续原有建筑的整体着色风格，采用同色系陶土板干挂，西侧外立面则采用玻璃幕墙，扩大采光面的同时能保证与西侧球场的视线关系，在一天中光透过玻璃幕墙产生丰富的光影变化，这样建筑外部整体形成了富有韵律感的色块和线条，内部则光线透过玻璃幕墙与室内空间形成良好对话。
The exterior fa?ade of some buildings will continue to be the overall coloring style of the original building. The same color ceramic terracotta board will be used for hanging, and the west side fa?ade will be made of glass curtain wall to expand the lighting surface while ensuring the line of sight with the west side court. In the daytime, the light creates a rich ‘light and shadow’ change through the glass curtain wall, so that the exterior of the building forms a rhythmic color and lines, and the interior light forms a good interaction with the interior space through the glass curtain wall.
办公楼体量加建部分的户外露台，用以提供户外活动空间，以及作为几个主要建筑空间的室外交通连接。其构造方式上采用了将屋顶面下沉400mm，这样在完成屋面做法后能保证室内和室外阳台标高一致，实现室内和屋顶平台平进平出。
The office building adds a number of outdoor terraces to provide outdoor living space and outdoor connection to several major building spaces. The structure of the roof is designed to sink 400mm, so that the indoor and outdoor balcony elevations are consistent after the roofing method is completed, and the interior and roof terraces can be leveled in and out.
室内设计部分延续汇佳国际学校整体简约、现代、明亮和自然的设计风格，主要通过运用木纹饰面、木地板、地毯、玻璃、石材等材料和对应区域内家具和灯具的选型，来完成楼梯间、休息接待区、公共办公区、谈话室、校长办公室和会议室等主要分区的室内设计。整个设计设计部分含校长办公室3间，谈话间13间，会议室1间，并能同时满足百人办公；
The interior design section continues the overall simple, modern, bright and natural design style of Huijia International School. Mainly through the use of wood grain finishes, wood floors, carpets, glass, stone and other materials and the selection of furniture and lamps in the corresponding areas,To complete the nterior design of main sections such as stairwells, lounge areas, public office areas, meeting rooms, principal offices and conference rooms. The entire design and design part includes 3 principal offices, 13 meeting rooms, and 1 conference room, which can occupy 100 employees at the same time;
值得一提的是行政楼办公室地下室的室内设计，其要作为舞蹈教室功能使用，设计团队选择保留建筑原墙体结构外露的清水混凝土墙面，凸显出简洁现代的室内感。
It is worth mentioning that the interior design of the basement of the administrative building office is used as a function of the dance classroom. The design team chooses to keep the clear concrete wall exposed by the original wall structure of the building, which highlights the simple and modern interior.
