The Medini Central will be a central hub of destination lifestyle options for everyone. The scheme aims to use the project as a prime example of setting a new benchmark in creating a chain reaction for other surrounding developments to take precedence from. This catalyst will formulate and spawn a new luxury and economical industrial standard of housing, offices and retail bringing it to a new level high. The site location plays a strategic importance of acting as a gateway to the entire Iskandar Malaysia development and therefore has to be treated as a significant landmark icon. The framing of this landmark now takes great
importance as the architecture has a higher purpose to tie the northern, southern, eastern and western districts together.
