新旧 CBD 通过两河相连形成了“两环一带一方块”的郑东金融集聚核心功能区，为城市发展注入动力。结合整个地块的寓意和对应的吉祥图案延伸出了“四象生万物，祥云耀中华”的概念。通过四个公建与文化广场的对应，左右围合商业街，通过露台与公建相连，形成了一个完整的线，对应了设计概念。
The old and new CBD are linked together by two rivers, forming the core function area of Zheng Dong financial agglomeration, "two rings and one block", which is a motive force for urban development. With the meaning of the entire block and the corresponding auspicious pattern extends out of the "four things, the concept of Yao Chinese auspicious clouds". Through four public construction and cultural square correspondence, around the commercial street, and through the balcony and public buildings connected, forming a complete loop,
corresponding to the design concept.
