设计在原有新郑市教育园区总体规划的框架下，以本地区以沟壑地形风貌为主的地形为基础，通过结合新城市主义规划，可持续发展以及发展生态绿网等概念，将整个区域分为启动、发展、延展三区，承担不同功能，并且通过滨水环线加以串联，形成完整的规划体系。打造中原首个主题特色运动休闲小镇。
