设计构思：小镇在城市发展中形成，其建筑形态和体量最原始的概括了临海城市的风情和状态。在我们的设计中规避了常规规划设计中大切 分、多轴线的做法。 我们根据不同的地形特点，依循山势布局，尊重环境地貌，让规划看似是一个自生长的过程。而非速生和充足的城市规划。将威海独居特色的文化民俗艺术产业融入到小镇之中，打造威海漫长海岸线中的精品艺术小镇。
业态构成：汇集当地的各种优势艺术资源以及文化，由各个产业线串成面，形成一个威海的艺术及文化集中展示区。主要包括：文旅+民俗文旅+音乐、文旅 + 雕塑、文旅 + 绘画。
